Pakistan Christian Times Helped Christian Poor Family

Lahore: In the month of September-2019, Christian Times Pakistan approached to a family who were living a home without roof. They were living in that home almost for 3 years. The family was facing these kinds of hard circumstances for a long time.

Nadeem Younas is the head of the family. He told that during the rainy season; his family got worried because they knew already that what sort of problems they were going face.

In place of roof or any shelter they use plastic flex to cover they house upper part but during the fast wind blowing; this kind of stuff couldn’t stay as a roof.

The specific things in the home, like, bed mattress, bed cover sheets, blankets, the things made of wood and others like these were being spoiled because of this difficulty.

Mr. Younas Masih told that already his house walls were made by his own money; he earned that by hard working through wall painting work, which is his profession.

Pakistan Christian Times approached that family through a Christian youth team working as Martus along with their Pastor Mr. Sabir Emmanuel.

The Martus youth is working on free education especially in Lahore Youhanabad. They are promoting adult education, Salayee Machine Training Centers (Sewing Machines Training centers) and supporting poor children by giving their school fees as their own.

Pakistan Christian Times team reached to Nadeem Younas home and inquired about all facts.

Pakistan Christian Times team made a live video of Younas family. The team recorded whole situation and condition of the family. The Christian Times team requested entire its page viewers and audience watching the video to help Younas to make his concrete roof upon his house.

So, in a month Pakistan Christian Times page viewers and audience responded and almost 1, 20,000 amount, Christian Times team collected by many kind-hearted from different areas of Pakistan.

In the meantime as the Punjab Minister of Human Rights – Minority Affairs and Interfaith HarmonyEjaz Alam Augustine was educated about Nadeem’s poor family; he also helped Younas family financially as a responsible minister for minority affairs.

Finally, Nadeem Younas succeeded to complete his concrete roof of his house. He was very thankful to all people who helped him and especially he was thankful wholeheartedly to Pakistan Christian Times.

In 2019 this achievement was one of great achievement of Pakistan Christian Times. Pakistan Christian also gives thanks to all kindhearted people who made that target possible to achieve it speedily because without their help it was really difficult to chase.
