On 3rd March 2017 (Toronto Canada) International Christians voice arranged the Martyr Shahbaz Bhatti a great Pakistani Christian politician’s memorial gala in which the organizers raised funds for the Christian families who are stacked, helpless and persecuted in Thailand.

About the Late Shahbaz Bhatti
Clement Shahbaz Bhatti (9 September 1968 – 2 March 2011), popularly known as Shahbaz Bhatti, was a Pakistani politician and elected member of the National Assembly from 2008. He was the first Federal Minister for the Minorities Affair from November 2008 until his assassination on 2 March 2011 in Islamabad Bhatti was born in Lahore he was a very good politician and human being he always raised the voice for the Christians in Pakistan and always spoke against the As a student, Bhatti founded and served as head of Pakistan’s Christian Liberation Front Bhatti had been the recipient of death threats since 2009, when he spoke in support of Pakistani Christian attacked in the 2009 Gojra riots in the Punjab Province. These threats increased following his support for Asia Bibi, a Pakistani Christian sentenced to death in 2010 for blasphemy. The United States had tried to obtain increased security for him and get him an armoured car but was unsuccessful. Bhatti himself foretold his death and recorded a video, which was to be released in case of his death, where he said I believe in Jesus Christ who has given his own life for us, and I am ready to die for a cause. The organizers arranged the gala in which many politicians and heads from the different organizations attended the event and showed their support and concern for the people of Thailand who are in trouble Ahmed Hussan, Immigration Minister Ruby Sohta , Member Of Parliament.
Iqra Khalid, Member Of Parliament Bonnie Crombie, Mississauga Mayor Vincent crisanti, Deputy Mayor OF Toronto Ubaid Chaudhry, President Canadian Multi Culture Group Roger Sampson, President CCA Canadian Christians Association Khalid Gill President Christian Liberation Front Rohail Messy, executive united Christian Federation. They all praised the efforts of Late Shahbaz Bhatti’ Effort for the Christian Community also they made a commitment to continue the subject of Late Bhatti who lost his life for the sake of his people and for the rights of community in Pakistan.
Programme was Successful by the Efforts of International Christian Voice especially Peter Bhatti and Tanvir Joseph and they are able to raise fund to sponsor a Christians Family
They also discussed the circumstances and the problems of persecuted Pakistani Christians in Thailand who are suffering from very hard time and the decided to use all the possible sources to bring them to Canada.
